Double Barrel Hunahpu’s Imperial Stout Label ReleasedOctober 28, 2013 | Category: Beer Release
When Hunahpu’s was first released in 2010 by Cigar City, you may have thought, “This can’t get any better”. But then, three separate variations of Hunahpu’s (Whiskey, Rum and Bourbon Barrel Aged) were conceived and beer geeks around the country (even world) clambered to get their hands on them.
This past weekend, Cigar City released the label artwork for Double Barrel Hunahpu’s Imperial Stout. But what does this all mean?!?
A massive 11% Imperial Stout aged on cacao nibs, ancho and pasilla chiles, cinnamon and Madagascar vanilla beans aged in apple brandy and rum barrels and then blended back together. Dang that’s quite the description!
We know one thing, it will be tasty and sought after. Check back for more details.
