Shelah Davis is teaming up with Wynwood Brewing to bring yoga to beer lovers...and beer to yoga lovers. Come join us for an hour of energizing Om Brew Yoga followed by a sampling of some of the best craft beer in Miami! No matter what level yogi you are, you can join in the fun. OM Brew yoga is for everyone! Bring your mat or a beach towel to work out on and bring your friends to join in the fun. Sunday April 13, 2014. Registration begins at 10:30 am and practice will begin promptly at 11:00am. Space is limited at this venue so we highly recommend reserving your mat space early.
