Shelah Davis is teaming up with Miami Brewing Company @ Schnebly Winery to bring yoga to beer lovers...and beer to yoga lovers. Come join us for an hour of energizing Om Brew Yoga followed by a sampling of some of the best craft beer in South Florida at the beautiful Schnebly Winery! No matter what level yogi you are, you can join in the fun. OM Brew yoga is for everyone! Bring your mat or a beach towel to work out on and bring your friends to join in the fun. Sunday February 23, 2014. Registration begins at 11 am and practice will begin promptly at 11:30am.
