Shelah Davis is teaming up with Miami Brewing Company @ Schnebly Winery to bring yoga to beer lovers...and beer to yoga lovers for one big Friday night yoga party! Come join us for an hour of energizing Om Brew Yoga followed by a sampling of some of the best craft beer in South Florida at the beautiful Schnebly Winery! Then stay on the grounds for music, food, dancing and karaoke. No matter what level yogi you are, you can join in the fun. OM Brew yoga is for everyone! Bring your mat or a beach towel to work out on and bring your friends to join in the fun. Friday May 16, 2014. Registration begins at 6pm and practice will begin promptly at 6:30pm. $15 per person includes yoga class and a pint of your choice in the tap room after the practice. Please arrive early to allow for registration. Yoga will take place in the center garden near the waterfall. Please bring water and an extra towel to help you enjoy the sun set.
