Shelah Davis is teaming up with Daddy Brews to bring yoga to beer lovers...and beer to yoga lovers. Come join us for an hour of energizing Om Brew Yoga followed by a sampling of some of the best craft beer in South Florida at the #1 Home Brew Supply Company in South Florida! No matter what level yogi you are, you can join in the fun. OM Brew yoga is for everyone! Bring your mat or a beach towel to work out on and bring your friends to join in the fun. Wednesday August 13, 2014. Registration begins at 6:30pm and practice will begin promptly at 7:00pm. $15 per person includes yoga class and a sampling of the Daddy Brews brew after the practice.
