Shelah Davis is teaming up with Miami Brewing Company @ Schnebly Winery to bring yoga to beer lovers...and beer to yoga lovers. Come join us for an hour of energizing Om Brew Yoga followed by a sampling of some of the best craft beer in South Florida at the beautiful Schnebly Winery! No matter what level yogi you are, you can join in the fun. OM Brew yoga is for everyone! Bring your mat or a beach towel to work out on and bring your friends to join in the fun. Sunday March 30, 2014. Registration begins at 11 am and practice will begin promptly at 11:30am. $15 per person includes yoga class and a pint of your choice in the tap room after the practice. Please arrive early to allow for registration. Yoga will take place in the large Tiki located on the south side of the property. Enter through the side gate on the south side of the main building.
