1st course: East Coast Port Side Soup
Clams with crispy Bacon, Dehydrated Corn, Potatoes and micro flowers with sea salt crackers in a creamy soup

2nd course: Southern Gastro pub Appetizer
Shrimp and Grits with fried goat cheese, an IPA reduction and micro arugula

3rd Course Main Course (2 Choices):
Confit Chicken Leg with corn puree, Apple and Green Pepper salsa, and Avocado mousse
