Join us for American Homebrewers Association Big Brew Day on Saturday, May 2nd!
Local homebrew club Special Hoperations will have members set up doing demonstrations for anyone curious about the process.
All local homebrewers are invited to join us for a big brew day in the biergarten. We ask that anyone planning to brew arrive before noon.
As usual, Southern will provide RO water, running water and electricity, but brewers must bring their own equipment, tables, and tents.
We will be offering a 10% discount on all ingredients for any beers brewed that day.
We will have Who's Your Dumplin? foodtruck set up next to the biergarten from 12-8p, so come hungry!
We will be joining in on the nation-wide toast at 1p EST (12p CDT).

Family, friends, and curious strangers are welcome to come hang out in the biergarten and watch the brewing process.
The taproom will be open and beer will be flowing all day!
