We've been playing with Brettanomyces again! This time we pulled 5 gallons of an IPA that we brewed a while ago and fermented it completely with Brettanomyces, leaving us with a hoppy, funky, delicious Brett IPA. We are unable to do beers like this on our big system, so this is a tapping to show up to if you're into funky beers. As always, five gallons and gone.
