The Corkscrew Winery
We are probably the smallest brewery in the country. We usually brew between 10 and 20 gal per week. We keep 3-4 types of beer on tap, and the type change weekly. We have a selection of Gluten Reduced beer (less than 10ppm). We occasionally have guest brewers, and put their beer on tap…Persons interested in becoming a guest brewer should contact us, and bring in samples of their best brew.
Lastly, in keeping with the theme of our business, our primary goal is to help people make their own beer on site, using our equipment. We walk them thought the whole brewing process, then we babysit the beer (or wine) during it’s fermentation process, and lastly they come back to bottle, seal and label their own brew.
