Since its inception, the Hollywood Brewing Co. has been dedicated to producing all natural, traditional, full-flavored beers. Choosing organic production is also in keeping with the spirit of our home town Hollywood in Broward County, Florida , a laid-back, progressive Engaged community.
Hollywood Brewing Co. evolved from the Organic Brewery, a brewpub on the boardwalk of Hollywood Beach with the terrace out front that overlooks the beach and the crashing waves and provides a superior view of the crowd rambling, rolling and roaming along the boardwalk.
A full-scale production facility a few miles away from the brewpub, Hollywood Brewing Co. with its European brewing equipment has a capacity to produce 60,000 tons of beer or 3,000 five-gallon kegs per month. Our brew master has held on to the same old Organic recipes and has added a few varieties, Pilsner, Stout, Ale, Pale Ale, Light Blonde Ale, Wheat, Imperial IPA, Mango IPA. A few extras, like seasonal brews will be added occasionally.
